Upstate Temperature Control Celebrates 21 Years In Business!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and professional colleagues who have worked with us over the years. To date, we have completed 10 million dollars in construction contracts such as Fenimore House, Clark Sports Center (Cooperstown), Baseball Hall Of Fame, Fort Drum Command Center, Embassy Suites Hotel, the complete additions and renovations of Mount Markham Central Schools, and the Benton Hall School renovation in Little Falls. In addition, our service contracts cover over eighty buildings in central New York.     We currently employ nine temperature control specialists with a total of 137 years experience in the business and we offer a full range of temperature control services. Our expertise is in all phases of installation, maintenance, and repair of digital, electronic, and pneumatic temperature control systems. We also install and repair air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. In our continuing efforts to find better ways to serve you, we have recently joined forces with Johnson Controls to become an ABCS (Authorized Building Control Specialist) contractor. This means that we have been recognized as a substantial performer in our market place and that we will have access to all of Johnston Controls' technology and products.
